Senior Graphic Designer

This role is for a designer with strong judgment, refined taste, and the confidence to lead creative work without noise or ego. You will work across brand identity, digital, campaigns, and content, collaborating closely with strategy, marketing, and web teams. The work is fast, varied, and demanding. The expectation is excellence.

Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

Lead the design execution of brand systems across multiple touchpoints.

Translate strategic direction into clear visual frameworks, not just individual assets.

Set and maintain a high bar for craft, consistency, and detail.

Review work from junior designers, providing clear, constructive direction.

Design Craft

Design brand identities, social and digital assets, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.

Own layout, typography, color, and composition with confidence and restraint.

Ensure every output aligns with the brand system and strategic intent.

Prepare production-ready files with precision.

Collaboration

Work closely with strategists, marketers, and developers to bring ideas to life.

Participate in creative discussions, critiques, and concept development.

Communicate design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients when needed.

Requirements

5+ years experience in a design role, preferably in an agency environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, not just isolated visuals.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Fluent English communication, written and verbal.

Comfortable managing multiple projects without losing quality or clarity.
