We're the team clients hire to win — not to maintain.
GTMLab is a paid growth and strategy firm built on a contrarian bet: that data and AI, wired into every part of a marketing system, beat the legacy agency model on every axis that matters. We just started 2 years ago but we already scaled to clients across 6 countries and 15+ industries.
We are a team of 80+ senior operators: ex-investment bankers, hedge fund managers, data scientists, Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, alumni of Y Combinator, Lazada, Unilever, etc. who shipped real growth before they shipped here.
And we call it a Lab for a reason: winning in growth is fundamentally a question of how well you experiment. We run experiments every day — against real budgets, with real consequences. That's the energy you're walking into.
The role
We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution behind our clients campaigns. This isn't a make it look nice seat — every asset you ship has to perform, not just look good in a deck. You'll be working across a diverse portfolio of clients from different industries and countries, which means your portfolio grows fast. Fast pace, fast iteration, real budgets on the line.
What you'll own
- Design creation. Develop graphics across ads, socials, websites, and promotional materials — all built to align with each client's brand identity.
- Brand strategy. Work with cross-functional teams to build cohesive visuals that carry brand messaging, and keep every output consistent with it.
- Team collaboration. Sit close with our Art Director, creative team, and the strategic team to sharpen and develop design concepts together.
- Concept translation. Take internal briefs and raw ideas and turn them into high-impact visuals that actually hit the project's objective.
- Trend exploration. Track what's moving in design and the industry, and bring that back into the work — fresh, not recycled.
- Brand alignment. Keep every final design true to the client's brand guidelines and pointed at their strategic goals.
- Continuous improvement. Help sharpen the design process itself — workflows, reviews, handoffs — so the whole team ships faster and cleaner.
- Master the toolkit. Photoshop, Illustrator, and the rest of the stack, used at a level where you're solving problems, not looking things up.
- Push digital imaging beyond touch-ups. Retouching, compositing, and manipulation that make an asset look intentional, not edited.
- Use AI as a tool, not a shortcut. Generative and AI-assisted design tools speed up your process — but the eye, the taste, and the final call are still yours.
You'll fit if
- You've got a minimum of 4 years of hands-on graphic design experience — real client work, not just personal projects.
- You're fluent in the Adobe Suite and comfortable with digital imaging — retouching, compositing, manipulation.
- You can hold your own in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and deadlines don't move.
- You've got an eye that catches what's off — spacing, color, hierarchy — before anyone has to point it out.
- You're excited by variety, not thrown by it. Different clients, different industries, different problems every week.
- You're here in Jakarta, in the office, fully in-person.
