Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Grade 4 - GCG Specialist & Investor Relations position based in Yogyakarta. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) strategies and managing relationships with investors. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing reports and documentation, maintaining and improving corporate transparency, and cultivating strong relations with stakeholders. The specialist will actively collaborate with various teams to facilitate and promote best practices in governance and investment management within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices, corporate compliance, and familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication, relationship management, and investor relations skills
• Experience in preparing annual reports, analyzing data, and ensuring financial transparency
• Ability to manage projects, problem-solve, and drive organizational policies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
• Proven experience in GCG implementation and investor relations roles is highly desirable
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
