Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects using Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion for Supply Chain modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing).
Analyze, collect, and validate complex client business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle ERP solutions.
Design and propose functional solutions aligned with best practices and business objectives.
Configure system setup, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful go-live.
Develop comprehensive project documentation including BRD, FDD, configuration documents, and user manuals.
Ensure project deliverables are completed according to timeline and project methodology.
Provide strategic advisory to clients on supply chain optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct end-user training sessions and support knowledge transfer.
Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance throughout project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout the project.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Have >7 years of experience in Oracle Implementation or minimum 8-10 full cycle project implementations.
