Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Next.js, Go (Golang), and/or Java.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and high-quality technical solutions.
- Design and develop APIs, backend services, and frontend features based on project requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards, quality, security, and performance are maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, technical issues, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and other engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in technical discussions, system design, and solution architecture.
- Estimate development efforts, prioritize tasks, and deliver features within agreed timelines.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, code quality, and development processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer / Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Frontend development using Next.js.
- Strong experience in Backend development using Go (Golang) and/or Java.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, API development, database, and scalable applications.
- Able to deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines while maintaining code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Strong ownership and ability to drive technical solutions from requirements to implementation and delivery.
- Experienced in code review, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Available to join ASAP or within a short notice period.
- Willing to work full onsite (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
- 6-month initial contract, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
