Job Description

Are you passionate about building scalable web applications, driving technical excellence, and creating seamless user experiences We're looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and take a leading role in the development of business-critical systems that support our growing operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex web-based applications according to business requirements.
• Build robust front-end and back-end functionalities to ensure seamless system performance, security, and scalability.
• Proactively identify potential technical issues, system bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities, providing solutions before they impact operations.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex, high-level technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews for junior team members to maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to development projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar senior engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Vue.js, and Golang (preferred)
• Highly proficient in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex raw SQL queries.
• Solid experience building responsive web applications across desktop and mobile devices.
• Deep familiarity with API integrations, web security protocols, and modern web application development best practices.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze root causes and design effective solutions.
• Capable of identifying potential technical issues early in the development cycle.
• Proven ability to manage development tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
