About the Role

Were looking for a skilled developer to join our team, working on both various client projects and our core SaaS platform that helps companies improve web accessibility.

What Youll Do

• Build accessible, user-friendly solutions for a range of client projects
• Develop and maintain backend services for our main SaaS platform
• Contribute to frontend development using React and Next.js
• Collaborate on smaller company initiatives with our accessibility-first approach
• Influence technical decisions that align with our mission

What Were Looking For

• Strong React + Next.js skills with TypeScript
• Advanced HTML, CSS, and component-based architecture knowledge
• Solid Node.js and REST API experience
• Proficiency in Git, problem-solving, and team collaboration
• Proficiency in databases SQL and NoSQL
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design
• Firebase, tRPC, React Query, and automation testing experience
