Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python-based backend development, React.js frontend development, and PostgreSQL. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing scalable enterprise applications while working closely with architects, product teams, and other engineering stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including queries, schemas, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Integrate applications with internal and external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Implement automated/unit testing and support CI/CD-based application deployments.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–10 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python.
• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, and relational database concepts.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs / microservices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Redis, message queues, automated testing frameworks, and exposure to AI/LLM-enabled application development would be advantageous.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Hands-on senior engineer who can independently own application components from design through deployment, collaborate effectively with architects and customer teams, and mentor junior developers where required.

Must Have Skills- Python, React.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs / microservices, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern DevOps practices.
