Senior Front Office Manager (FINNS Beach Club)

FINNS Beach Club is looking for a sharp, hands-on leader to take over the leadership of key guest-facing functions: Front Office, Guest Experience Managers (GEMs), and Valet. This role is about setting standards, controlling the guest journey end-to-end, and keeping teams aligned during high-volume service. You'll lead with presence on the floor, build strong systems, and protect the FINNS brand at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Guide Front Office, Guest Experience, and Valet teams with clear standards, professional culture, and calm execution under pressure to maintain World's Best service.
  • Own the entire guest flow (arrival to departure), ensuring the team is visible and proactive while resolving bottlenecks, handling VIPs, and managing seamless team handovers.
  • Control rosters, productivity, and headcount discipline while enforcing SOPs for daily operations, peak periods, and professional incident escalation.
  • Develop and optimize tech systems for efficient bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and pre-arrival communications in collaboration with Marketing and Tech teams.
  • Support high-value guests through smart table management and improve repeat visitation via database capture and proactive follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as Front Office Director, Senior Front Office Manager or related field in high-volume hospitality environments.
  • Bali/Indonesia experience preferred (while not mandatory, candidates with strong professional experience will be highly considered).
  • Excellent English communication (additional languages a plus).
  • Proven leadership in high-volume hospitality (beach club/premium venue/nightlife/luxury hotel).
  • Comfortable managing multiple teams and fast-moving operations.
  • Strong conflict management skills (calm, factual, consistent).
  • Strong organisational skills: rosters, SOPs, training, daily rhythm, reporting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of back-end systems including booking engines, reservation systems, POS, ERP, etc.
