Senior Frontend Developer (React/Next.js/TypeScript) UI/UX Focus

Were RecruitPilot. The product works now we need a frontend dev to make it beautiful, fast, and enterprise-ready.
What youll do
- Refine our web app UI: fix layouts, unify components, improve responsiveness.
- Build out admin & analytics dashboards (tables, filters, exports).
- Polish user experience: loading/error states, micro-interactions, real-time job progress.
- Push performance & accessibility: code-splitting, virtualization, WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Extend our design system (MUI + shadcn/ui) and keep it consistent.
Must-haves
- 5+ years in React/Next.js + TypeScript.
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS UI (admin panels, complex tables, dashboards).
- Strong state management (Redux Toolkit/Zustand).
- Track record in UI/UX polish: responsive design, a11y, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working with backend APIs (REST/WebSocket, JWT).
Nice to have
- Data viz (Recharts/Chart.js/D3).
- Theming & white-labelling.
- Cross-tab or offline-tolerant UIs.
