MILLS is looking for an experienced Senior Footwear Product Developer to join our Footwear Team.

Work Location: Jombang, East Java

Priority: Candidates domiciled in East Java

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Footwear Product Development.
Strong understanding of footwear construction, materials, pattern development, and manufacturing processes.
Experienced in managing product development from concept to mass production.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
