Senior Financial Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure accuracy of monthly tax calculations and filings (e.g., VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax).
• Oversee tax invoice management and compliance with local regulations.
• Organize and archive vouchers, ledgers, financial documents and contracts.
• Develop and review accounting policies (accounting papers, technical memos).
• Ensure proper accounting measurement and financial reporting.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and capital requirements.
• Maintain payment workflows, including verification, approval routing, and compliance with company internal controls.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance and tax processes and internal controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support external audits and prepare required documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in tax & accounting in local Indonesian companies. Experience in KAP (Public Accounting Firm) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax & PSAK/IFRS.
• Strong understanding of accounting policy & financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Experience using AI tools to boost efficiency is a plus.
• Language Required: Advanced in Indonesian and English. Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in game or e-sports is preferred.
