Senior Financial Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Handle bank transactions and ensure proper authorization and bank coordination.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and capital requirements.
• Maintain payment workflows, including verification, approval routing, and compliance with company internal controls.
• Manage full-cycle accounting in compliance with local Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. Perform monthly closing on time and prepare basic financial statements to provide data for management analysis.
• Organize and archive vouchers, ledgers, financial documents and contracts.
• Manage asset accounting, including asset recording and reconciliation.
• Handle tax filings and invoice management. Assist in monitoring changes in tax regulations and assess potential impacts on the business, with support from external advisors where required.
• Organize financial information in a timely, complete, and accurate manner to support smooth business operations. Support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance and tax processes and internal controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as required from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience in local Indonesian companies. Experience with big four accounting firms is a plus.
• Able to independently prepare accounting vouchers and notes, and conduct basic business communication.
• Familiar with Indonesian PSAK accounting standards, DJP e-Faktur (electronic invoicing) system, and common tax accounting.
• Experience using AI tools to boost efficiency is a plus.
• Meticulous and principled, with zero tolerance for accounting errors. Must be able to handle overtime during month-end and quarter-end closing periods. Strong execution ability.
• Strict confidentiality regarding financial records, funds, and cost data. Must have a clean professional record with no history of accounting fraud, ticket forgery, or misappropriation of funds.
• Language Required: English could be used as working language. Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in game or e-sports is preferred.
