Senior Financial & Risk Advisor (Restructuring Project)

Job Description:

We require a senior financial expert to oversee the financial health assessment and risk management framework for a strategic corporate initiative. You will analyze historical data, model future scenarios, and establish robust risk mitigation protocols during the transformation phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform due diligence on historical financial performance and liquidity.
• Model financial impact scenarios of various restructuring alternatives.
• Develop an integrated risk register covering financial, strategic, and operational risks.
• Assess regulatory compliance from a financial governance perspective.

Requirements:

• Professional certification (CPA, CA, CFA, or CRMA)  is a strong plus.
• Strong background in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Restructuring, or Internal Audit for large enterprises/SOEs.
• Expertise in financial modeling and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with BUMN or publicly listed companies is a strong plus.
