We are looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Controller to take full ownership of our local financial operations. This is a generalist leadership role responsible for building a high-performing finance function that operates with high independence. You will lead the finance team, drive operational efficiency through automation, and act as a key partner to management in navigating business challenges.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the Full Finance Function
- Act as Strategy Partner for Local Leadership
- Improve Internal Controls
- Process Innovation & Automation
- Own budgeting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 58 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting, including at least 23 years in a leadership or management role.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.- Advantage: A Master's degree in a relevant field.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in modern ERP systems and Advanced Excel.- Advantage: Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Apps Script, Power Query, or coding).
- Standards: Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and IFRS.
- Language: Professional fluency in English (B2 level or higher) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Mindset: A strategic generalist who can see the big picture while staying close to the details.
