PERSOL Indonesia is looking for a Senior Finance System for our client in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan (WFO).
Job Description:
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of ERP implementations (preferably Oracle) and related financial systems.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in conducting detailed AS-IS and TO-BE assessments of key Finance processes (AP, AR, GL, FA).
- Perform comprehensive business analysis and develop clear functional requirements along with technical documentation.
- Oversee and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while managing ongoing system changes and enhancements.
- Ensure all systems and processes adhere to relevant regulations, including PSAK, IFRS, and applicable tax requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in the Finance/Accounting field with a focus on system implementation/support and collaboration with IT
- Background in complex manufacturing company
- Proficient in Oracle and Satelite (accounting system)
- Certification: Possesses Brevet A & B (Indonesian Tax Certification)
- Willing to work in Tangerang Selatan with full WFO arrangement
