Job Description:
System Operations & Support:
Maintain and support daily operations of finance systems.
Ensure finance transactions are correctly configured and processed within the system.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities from a system perspective.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues related to finance modules and integrations.
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds.
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams or vendors where necessary.
Implementation & Enhancement Support:
Assist with system implementation, configuration, and enhancement initiatives.
Support automation efforts to improve finance processes.
Execute system changes based on approved requirements.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Prepare and execute UAT for new features, enhancements, or system changes.
Validate system behaviour and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Integration Support:
Support integrations between finance systems and other platforms (e.g. sales, warehouse, HR).
Monitor data flows, validate data accuracy, and troubleshoot integration issues.
Reporting & Data Support:
Develop and maintain standard finance reports and dashboards.
Support data extraction and validation for finance and audit requirements.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Ensure documentation remains up to date with system changes.
User Access Support:
Support user access requests by validating requirements and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Assist with access-related troubleshooting and ensure alignment with defined access policies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to support system usage and improvements.
Coordinate with vendors and external consultants as required.
