Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Fluent in English (required). Proficiency in Japanese and/or Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, cash flow management, and bank reconciliation.
- Good understanding of basic taxation, including VAT (PPN) and Withholding Income Tax (PPh).
- Familiar with monthly closing processes and the preparation of basic financial reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced early-stage startup environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and monitor the company's cash flow.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Calculate, record, and maintain the company's tax transactions.
- Handle tax withholding and collection, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and VAT (PPN), in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare supporting documents and data for tax reporting.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and external parties when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and financial administration policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
