Role Description The Senior Finance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuta, responsible for overseeing financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making for mall and corporate activities. This role includes preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements; ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting; and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. The Senior Finance Officer monitors budgets, forecasts cash flows, tracks key performance indicators, and provides analytical insights to management on profitability, costs, and investment decisions. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, supporting audits, improving financial processes and controls, and contributing to the preparation of reports for senior leadership and regulators. The role requires close collaboration with operational and property management teams to align financial performance with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in Financial Reporting and handling Financial Statements.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Effective Communication skills to present financial insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/PSAK) and familiarity with tax regulations relevant to property and retail sectors.
  • Experience in real estate, retail, or mall management finance is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work accurately under time constraints, with strong attention to detail and integrity in financial practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) are a plus.
