The Senior Finance Manager serves as a finance business partner with commercial team in the Joint Venture Company, primarily responsible for the budget management and expense control,This role ensures the accurate forecasting, monitoring, and control of financial performance, supporting the company's strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic planning of the JV company by developing and maintaining a medium-to-long-term revenue forecasting model.
- Facilitate the annual budgeting process for the JV company. Conduct in-depth revenue analysis to identify opportunities and risks at the product level. Based on these revenue assumptions, review related marketing expenses, sales expenses, R&D costs, and administrative expenses to provide a basis for resource allocation decisions.
- Monitor revenue achievement and analyze product-level revenue compare with the budget and prior-year periods to identify drivers of variances.
- Track revenue analysis across various dimensions, including but not limited to therapeutic areas, channels, inventory flow, etc.
- Approve expense payments within the compliance framework and control expenses to remain within budget.
- Review and approve intercompany transactions between related entities.
- Perform other reviews and approvals according to the approval authority.
- Assist the group's accounting, treasury, and tax teams with other essential local financial tasks in Indonesia.
- Support and collaborate on other ad-hoc and one-time projects as required by the group.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and above in Finance or Accounting related field。
- Minimum of 10 years experience as Finance BP in pharmaceutical Company.
- Fluent in Chinese, Good communication in both Indonesian and English, Strong influencing skill
- Quick Learning, Smart-working and Self- motivation
