Senior Finance Executive

This role will be placed in our sister's company, PT Nusantara Trade Mandiri (NUS) in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

Prepare monthly accounts and supplementary schedules to ensure timely and accurate submission of month end financial reports

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Support in the development and management of Budget for company (Opex, Capex, A&P)
• Manage AR from customers, billings, ageing & reconciliation.
• Governance on Budget vs A&P spend.
• Manage stock indenting and payments to principal.
• Support management of Cash Flow for company.
• Support P&L and financial reports for company.
• Support Finance Manage in undertaking basic HR responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum 5 years experience in Finance Accounting at Senior / Supervisor Level.
• Preferably with experience in General Admin, invoicing Tax, Account Payable / Receivable & Preparation of Financial Report, and or well-known Public Accounting Office (KAP).
• Strong understanding & experience with Accounting, FAT, Corporate Tax, treasury & cash management.
• Strong computer skills (Ms. Office & ERP Systems).
• Basic understanding of HR regulations under Indonesia labor law
• Problem solving oriented, keen attention to details, able to work effectively under pressure.
• A good command of English would be an advantage.
