Senior Finance Executive (FP&A)

Responsibilities:

• Analyse gap on actual vs. target from top-line to bottom-line, have clear understanding of the business model.
• Assist in monthly management report preparation (analyse monthly figures fluctuation, prepare presentation slides, etc).
• Reconcile management report vs audit report.
• Assist in forecasting exercise, highlight any risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationship and trust with Commercial and Operation Team.

Requirements:

• Have 3–4 years of total work experience, including 1–2 years in e-commerce, FMCG, or a Big Four audit firm.
• Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Possess advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with a good visual sense.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus.
• A highly curious, proactive, and self-driven team player who takes ownership and stays on top of responsibilities.
• Agile and comfortable managing multiple tasks and an unpredictable working schedule, including overtime, in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Possess strong and objective analytical acumen, with the ability to connect the dots and confidently analyze detailed metrics and numbers.
