About the role
We are looking for a Senior Finance and Admin Executive to hands-on finance ops owner for Indonesia, technically stronger than admin, but still willing to do execution work.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth bookkeeping operations, accounts receivable follow-up, finance administration, local compliance coordination, and office operational support. This role works closely with the GnA Manager on reconciliations, reporting, escalations, and compliance matters.
We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Admin Executive / Senior Executive to own day-to-day Indonesia finance operations and admin coordination. This role is suitable for someone with strong AP/AR, bookkeeping, reconciliation, tax/payroll coordination, and compliance tracking experience who is comfortable operating independently in a startup environment.
You Are
- Experienced in bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Confident overseeing daily finance operations while ensuring complete and accurate accounting records
- Experienced in leading finance and administrative operations with the ability to prioritise, organise, and improve processes
- Familiar with Indonesia tax and statutory compliance matters, including PPh21, BPJS, and related local regulatory requirements
- Able to manage compliance deadlines, licences, permits, and recurring statutory filings accurately and on time
- Comfortable coordinating audit, tax, and supporting compliance documentation with external providers and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and organised in maintaining vendor records, invoice records, and finance files
- Experienced in monitoring receivables and following up on overdue invoices professionally
- Comfortable partnering with internal stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Operations to support business needs
- Comfortable coordinating with local payroll, accounting, tax, and company secretarial support providers
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and enjoys improving how things work

You Will Find Yourself
- Leading the day-to-day finance operations for the Indonesia entity, including bookkeeping, AP, AR, and maintaining accurate accounting records
- Overseeing accounts receivable collections and driving timely payment follow-ups
- Managing relationships with payroll providers, accountants, tax consultants, auditors, and company secretarial providers to ensure ongoing statutory compliance
- Ensuring timely submission of PPh21, BPJS, tax filings, licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements
- Reviewing reconciliations, supporting monthly close activities, and preparing reports for Finance leadership
- Maintaining organized finance, legal, vendor, and operational documentation while strengthening internal controls
- Supporting budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and finance reporting where required
- Leading office administration, vendor management, procurement, onboarding documentation, travel coordination, and day-to-day operational logistics for the Indonesia team
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance and administrative processes, creating scalable systems as the company grows
- Acting as the primary finance and administrative point of contact for the Indonesia office
