Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tangerang for a Finance Accounting - Senior role. The individual will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and utilize accounting software for efficient data management. The role includes supporting decision-making through sound financial analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements and fundamental Finance knowledge
• Advanced Analytical Skills for reviewing data and providing actionable insights
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software and related financial tools
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, ideally within consulting or corporate environments
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a team setting
