Job Description / Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the recording of daily financial transactions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Handle petty cash, payroll, and banking transactions, including vendor and operational payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow) in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure smooth business operations.
- Track operational expenses and implement cost control measures.
- Manage taxation processes, including calculation, reporting, and payment, in compliance with regulations.
- Oversee budget utilization and ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain well-organized and complete financial documentation.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support audit processes.
- Ensure all financial processes comply with established SOPs and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Proven experience handling petty cash, payroll, internet banking, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate financial management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas for accounting purposes.
- Experienced in using accounting systems.
- Able to leverage technology, including AI, to support accounting and finance functions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of cost control and cost efficiency.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Based in Bali and/or willing to work on-site (WFO) in Denpasar, Bali.
