Financial Closing & Reporting: Lead month-end and year-end closing; prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with PSAK; analyze variances against budget/forecast and provide insights to management.
General Ledger Oversight: Review and approve journal entries; ensure accuracy and timeliness of GL data; perform reconciliations of key accounts (cash, AR, AP, intercompany, tax).
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budget preparation, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and scenario planning for new initiatives.
Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor liquidity, prepare cash flow projections, oversee AP disbursements, manage banking relationships, and ensure treasury controls.
Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate VAT, withholding tax (PPh 21/23), and corporate tax (PPh 25/29) filings; coordinate with tax advisors; monitor regulatory updates.
Audit & Documentation: Prepare audit schedules and liaise with internal/external auditors; maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records.
Process Improvement: Develop SOPs; identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements; coordinate across departments.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting, with proven working experience at one of the Big4 firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG), and at least 1 years in a senior role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and local tax regulations.
Proven experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Familiarity with tax compliance processes (VAT, PPh).
Hands-on experience with accounting / ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide actionable insights.
Good communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
Audit experience (internal or external) is an advantage.
