Job Role
The company operates large-scale, high-security farming sites designed to maintain stable, safe, and highly productive operations across multiple expansion areas in Indonesia. To support this structure, the organization is seeking a Senior Farm Coordinator to lead and synchronize day-to-day field execution across all operational and support departments.
This is a high-ownership field leadership role responsible for overseeing, organizing, and directing cross-functional farm operations at the site level. Acting as the primary on-site operational lead, you will coordinate communication and execution between departments including HR, General Affairs, IT, Production, Feedmill, Warehouse & Logistics, Procurement, Maintenance, Security, and Site Administration to ensure smooth operational performance and strong interdepartmental alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily farm operations across Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Security, Maintenance, and HR functions while resolving operational bottlenecks and aligning site activities with management priorities.
- Coordinate workforce planning, attendance monitoring, shift scheduling, onboarding support, employee discipline, staff accommodation, catering, uniforms, and overall workforce readiness.
- Oversee site infrastructure and General Affairs operations including staff housing, office facilities, utilities, sanitation systems, internet connectivity, and external vendor or contractor activities.
- Maintain operational reporting workflows by consolidating site data, monitoring inventory and incident reports, and ensuring proper use of operational management systems.
- Supervise feedmill logistics, warehouse operations, inventory movement, stock requests, and delivery schedules for critical operational supplies.
- Enforce site security operations, visitor access control, biosecurity procedures, and support emergency response and crisis coordination activities.
- Coordinate farm IT infrastructure including internet systems, CCTV, communication tools, and field digitalization support while working with vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and strengthen KPI tracking systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience in large-scale modern livestock operations, commercial farming, or agritech environments.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional site operations, workforce logistics, vendor coordination, warehouse supply chains, utilities, procurement, and SOP-driven operational discipline.
- Proficient in farm management systems, operational tracking tools, Microsoft Office, budgeting, inventory forecasting, cost analysis, and logistics coordination.
- Possess strong leadership, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, and a proactive ownership mindset with the ability to work in remote or isolated environments.
- Basic English communication skills for reporting, operational coordination, and corporate system usage.
