Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing quotations purchase requisitions, coordinate sales orders processing, invoicing, and maintaining customer records to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Assist to consolidate lead generation, sales data and generate reports on performance, forecasts, and pipeline status when required.
- Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and other internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with on-ground HR admin matters, in collaboration with HR teams from HQ and other offices in Indonesia.
- Support office admin and vendor coordination, including office security arrangements and general workplace matters such as internal committees and workplace initiatives where applicable.
- Ensure the office and common areas are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Manage all office supplies, including but not limited to coordinate the ordering and stocking of pantry food items and office stationery.
- Manage office equipment and co-ordination of all office maintenance activities.
- Any other ad-hoc work as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Working experience in office administration would be an added advantage.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel/Word and Email Outlook.
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
