Job Title:Executive Assistant

Client Location:Singapore

Working Days/Hours:Monday-Friday/9:00 AM 6:00 PM SGT (flexibility required)

Contract Type:Full-Time Contract

Contract Term:1 Year, Renewable

Job Overview

Provide high-level, proactive executive support to senior leadership in an international investment environment. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently while managing complex schedules, global travel, and confidential communications across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive calendar management for senior leaders across multiple time zones

International travel coordination including flights, accommodation, ground transport, itineraries, and visa applications

Meeting coordination, preparation, and follow-ups

Managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Drafting and proofreading emails, documents, and presentations

Day-to-day administrative support and ad hoc requests

Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

Basic expense tracking and administrative reporting

Must-Haves

810 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Partner / MD / C-suite level executives

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail

Proven ability to work independently and proactively

Comfortable supporting leaders across multiple time zones

High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality

Nice-to-Haves

Experience supporting leaders in investment, finance, or professional services

Exposure to Asia-based stakeholders

Experience with expense tracking or invoicing support

Software Requirements

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and similar collaboration tools

Experience working in calendar-intensive environments
