Responsibilities
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide sales and engage with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify, develop, and close new business while building strong, referenceable customer relationships.
- Analyze customer environments to create strategic account plans, business cases, and ROI/TCO models.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, qualification, evaluation, closing, and account management, collaborating across teams.
- Build territory and account strategies to maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve targets.
- Position advanced technology solutions through value-based selling, business cases, and customer references.
- Support industry events and user programs to generate market interest.
- Monitor and manage business risks, prepare forecasts, and leverage partnerships to drive revenue.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in quota-carrying sales of software products and services to large enterprises.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in engaging senior-level stakeholders on complex IT and business opportunities, with referenceable client wins.
- Strong experience in prospecting, driving, and closing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Background in selling technology solutions such as analytics, AI, data management, CRM, ERP, and cloud software.
- Familiar with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and take ownership of the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to deal closure.
- Solid understanding of ROI and TCO principles in technology investments.
- Strong communicator and storyteller with a customer-focused approach to quickly build rapport.
- Degree-educated or equivalent professional experience.
