Senior Engineering and Maintenance Manager (FINNS Beach Club)
FINNS Beach Club is looking for an Senior Engineering and Maintenance Manager. This isn't just a maintenance role; it is a challenge to empower a technical unit, manage high-stakes CAPEX budgets to support operations and OPEX budget in tactical day to day ops, and set the gold standard for operational excellence.
As our Senior Manager, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering projects and elite manufacturing systems, driving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), optimizing OPEX and cost-saving initiatives that define our facility's success.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, review and oversee facility projects from conception to delivery while empowering the engineers within our In House unit.
- Take ownership of the CAPEX and OPEX budget, ensuring all project and operation deliverables are met within financial constraints and driving aggressive cost-saving initiatives.
- Assist the Director in deploying and sustaining high-level management systems to ensure all standards are managed through robust team capability building.
- Provide expert-level guidance to the maintenance teams to optimize MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, and Life Safety systems.
- Act as the single point of contact for equipment matters and provide regular, data-driven reports to Regional Leadership and stakeholders.
- Build rituals and routines within the department to identify technical issues early and foster a high-performing, transparent culture.
- Design and implement contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted facility operations during high-demand periods or system failures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Engineering/Maintenance, with at least 5 year in a dedicated leadership role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, mechanical design, and machinery set-up with a deep understanding of complex hotel or large-scale facility infrastructure.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis to monitor project timelines, deadlines, and requirements.
- Excellent command of English with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders and vendors.
- A courageous leader who thrives in ambiguity, maintains a strong moral compass, and has a zero-tolerance policy for ethical breaches.
- Demonstrated ability to remain persistent and make sound decisions under high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
