Senior Engineer Medium Voltage Switchgears

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer specializing in Medium Voltage Switchgears to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain medium voltage switchgear solutions, ensuring adherence to international and company standards. Responsibilities include project management, supervising production and quality testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise in the field. You will also work to enhance product efficiency and address client-specific requirements while maintaining strict compliance with safety and performance regulations.

• Proficiency in electrical engineering principles, particularly those related to medium voltage systems and switchgears
• Experience with design, development, and quality testing of electrical components
• Technical knowledge in project management and troubleshooting
• Proficient communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in electrical engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in medium voltage switchgear design and manufacturing
• Familiarity with international electrical standards and safety regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, simulation tools, and electrical design software is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
