Senior Engineer - IT Professional Services

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery and fulfillment of IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Professional Services to ensure timely and quality service execution.
• Monitor SLA performance and prepare regular operational reports.
• Evaluate and manage the performance of resources deployed at customer sites.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate resolution, and implement preventive actions.
• Execute daily operational activities and maintain proper service documentation.

Requirements

• :Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• .Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunications, IT Operations, Service Delivery, Customer Management, or related areas
• .Experience in IT Outsourcing (ITO) or IT Professional Services is an advantage
• .Good understanding of IT and telecommunications operations, industry trends, and best practices
• .Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• .Able to work collaboratively with customers, internal teams, and external partners
