In this role, you will responsible for Support site's overall productivity roadmap by identifying improvement pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR and drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level which include OEE/UPH improvement and material waste reduction.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support site's overall productivity roadmap by identifying improvement pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR.
- Conduct data collection and analytics to identify P-C-M improvement potential.
- Drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level which include OEE/UPH improvement and material waste reduction
- Conduct KPI monitoring & analytics to set targets for+A37 TCR, & VRFC planning cycles
- Support Operations on Close the Gap measures by performing data collection, root cause analysis, working with relevant stakeholders on solutions and implementation timeline.
- Coach or mentor junior engineers
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, production engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in Industrial Engineering driving Lean, PCMA efficiencies, WIP flow optimisation and other cost down initiatives.
- Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good command of English
- Has knowledge & experience working in BackEnd Semiconductor manufacturing (Pre-assembly, FOL, EOL, Test & MSP) would be an added advantage.
- Competent in VSM, data analytics and visualisation (e.g. KNIME, Tableau, IgraFX) would be an added advantage
- Certification in Lean and/or 6-sigma would be an added advantage.
