We are looking for an experienced
Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for industrial and utility projects. You will play a key role in engineering design, project coordination, and mentoring junior engineers.
What will you do
- Lead electrical design for MV/LV power distribution systems, MCC, and building services
- Perform power system studies (load flow, short circuit, arc flash, harmonics)
- Prepare engineering deliverables (drawings, specifications, calculations)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for system integration
- Support testing, commissioning, and site activities
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team leadership
Where you will work
This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, within the Industry & Buildings Department of PT Haskoning Indonesia. The role primarily works from the Jakarta office, with collaboration across local and international project teams and occasional meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors.
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy/design.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and electronic systems.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., ETAP, Dialux Evo, CAD, or other power study simulation software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
