Role Description To develop technical expertise in electronic systems, machine controls and automation technologies that support equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electronic machine issues
- Support PLC, HMI and control system maintenance
- Improve equipment reliability
- Support automation projects
- Assist commissioning of new equipment
- Develop machine diagnostics capability
- Support technical deployment assignments
- Share best practices across sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Exposure to maintenance, manufacturing engineering, automation, capital projects, equipment improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows, maintenance systems and reliability concepts, root cause analysis, TPM, automation and controls, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and SAP.
