Senior Education Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Education Consultant to join our team in Malang. In this full-time, on-site position, you will provide personalized consultation to prospective learners, helping them choose the most suitable language programs and international education or career pathways based on their goals and aspirations.

Your responsibilities include managing inquiries, guiding learners throughout the consultation, application, and enrollment process, maintaining accurate client records, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also collaborate closely with the academic and operations teams, support educational marketing initiatives, contribute to improving consultation processes, and mentor junior consultants to ensure service excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Language Studies, or another relevant discipline.
• Proven knowledge of educational consulting, academic advising, or study/work abroad services.
• Strong consultation and analytical skills with the ability to identify learners needs and recommend appropriate educational solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in education consulting, international education, language institutions, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple clients while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to providing learner-centered guidance.
• Proficiency in English is preferred, while the ability to communicate in one or more foreign languages offered by OTCA (German, French, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or leading consultation activities is a plus.
