About the Role

We are seeking a highly independent and detail-oriented Drafter to handle medium to large-scale projects. The ideal candidate has excellent drafting standards, a deep understanding of construction conventions, and the ability to take ownership of detailing problems. While AutoCAD is our primary daily tool, proficiency in Revit may be required for comprehensive project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting & Modeling: Produce high-quality, technically accurate architectural, structural and interior drawings from the conceptual phase through to the construction phase using primarily AutoCAD.
  • Standardization: Ensure all drawings and models strictly comply with company and industry standards, maintaining excellent convention and quality control.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify, highlight, and resolve technical detailing issues independently, consulting with architects and interior designers when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Submissions: Prepare, format, and package high-quality submission drawings for construction purpose.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with Architects and Interior design team to ensure all project deliverables and timelines are met seamlessly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively pursue opportunities to refine drafting skills and stay updated on the latest CAD software capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced, highly efficient user of AutoCAD (primary tool) with working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for medium-to-large projects.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, construction methodologies, and industry conventions.
  • Highly independent self-starter who is also a collaborative team player. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines.
  • Able to join within a short notice period.
