Currently, we are looking for aSeniorDigital Marketinginterested in managing our marketing and social media. We seek a candidate with 5 years of experience crafting and implementing successful digital strategies, preferably within an agency setting. This role demands a keen analytical approach, prioritising data, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversions
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across search and related platforms with a strong focus on ROI
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
- Optimise website performance and user experience in collaboration with web and development teams
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives
- Analyse social media performance and optimise campaigns for engagement and growth
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO, analytics, and digital marketing
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising
- Working knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and analytics platforms
- Experience conducting competitive and market analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently
- Willingness to work according to Australian business hours (6:00 AM 3:00 PM Jakarta time, including a 1-hour break)
