About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end growth strategy across Performance Marketing, CRM, and SEO. In this role, you will lead multiple high-impact functions, ensuring that acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies are fully integrated to deliver sustainable business growth.

You will act as the connecting layer across the marketing funnel, aligning paid acquisition efforts with CRM lifecycle programs to maximize user value and optimize overall marketing efficiency. This role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and execution, with a heavy focus on data-driven decision-making.

As a leader, you will manage and develop a team across Performance Marketing and CRM, while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure all initiatives are aligned with broader business goals. You will also play a key role in strengthening marketing fundamentals, including SEO execution and marketing analytics, to unlock long-term growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage Performance Marketing and CRM teams, setting clear priorities and supporting team development.
  • Oversee paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic) to ensure efficient budget allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, including onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Ensure full-funnel integration between acquisition channels and CRM journeys to improve conversion and user lifetime value.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and execution, ensuring technical and content initiatives are delivered effectively.
  • Build and monitor key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business and product goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring quality execution and performance outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and growth performance.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in leading marketing teams (2–5+ members) and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Programmatic platforms).
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and frameworks (GA4, attribution models, GTM).
  • Experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Clevertap, MoEngage) and building lifecycle strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO and keyword strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and translate into business impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience managing vendors or external agencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in fintech or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO or emerging search trends (AEO, GEO).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO-related collaboration.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
