About the role

You'll be responsible for the overall digital marketing side for GoFood, from the strategy and execution part. You'll be in charge of the growth of our consideration and conversion funnels. You'll be working closely with the Marketing Strategy Manager and brand Comms Manager to craft & launch digital campaigns

What You Will Do

    • Align with Marketing Manager to create & plan marketing strategy on digital-ecosystem to grow GoFood business.
    • Execute day-to-day task of launching digital ads on various channels and be responsible to optimize and fully monitor the performance of the ads.
    • Do the improvement and planning for the next strategy on the digital side.
    • Align with the finance team to report digital marketing spending / business administrations.
    • Assisting the tech/dev team to problem fix technical issues / integrations / projects / experiments.
    • Handling regional markets & merchant digital advertising requests across Gojek service cities.
    • Create end-to-end reports for stakeholders using multiple data points and visualize the result using reporting tools.
    • Be the person who can respond to inquiries from two perspectives: Business and Advertising, as well as assess the impact of executed digital paid media on the business outputs resulting from advertising.

What You Will Need

    • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent experience engineering, economics, marketing, communication, or business major.
    • Min 3+years of experience preferably in Tech Industry and experience in launching, executing and reporting digital ads channels (Display & Video Ads (DV360, Youtube VAC), App Engagement (UACe), Social Media ads (Meta, TikTok, Twitter) & Search Ads (SEM).
    • Good written & verbal communication (English) abilities at the business level.
    • Self-driven individual with a good sense of ownership & having strong analytical thinking.
    • Understand Excel/Google sheet advanced level formula and Good sense of business acumen & data interpretation.
    • Experienced on set up marketing technology implementation such as dynamic ads, events tracker, pixel implementation & Google Tag Manager.
    • Deep knowledge & understanding of different marketing attribution models (last-click, first interaction, linear, non-direct etc) and marketing funnel and customer journey stage.
    • Familiar/experience with SQL will be a plus.
