Role Description
KMK is looking for a Business Analyst who can go beyond traditional system requirement gathering and help identify high-value business improvement opportunities across end-to-end processes. This role is responsible for analyzing how work is performed across functions, identifying root causes of inefficiency, and shaping digital or process solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibility
- Analyze end-to-end business processes across functions and identify bottlenecks, manual workarounds, duplicated effort, control gaps, and data issues.
- Work with business stakeholders to clarify real business problems, not just requested features or system changes.
- Map current-state and future-state workflows and define practical improvement opportunities.
- Quantify current-state pain points such as manual effort, lead time, waiting time, rework, data inconsistency, and reporting burden.
- Translate prioritized business needs into structured requirements, process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria where system changes are needed.
- Assess whether problems should be solved through process redesign, policy change, data correction, integration, automation, or new system development.
- Define target outcomes and success metrics for each initiative, such as time saved, productivity improvement, visibility improvement, error reduction, or faster decision-making.
- Partner with technical teams, project managers, and business leaders to shape scalable and practical solutions.
- Support testing, business validation, user adoption, and post-implementation benefit tracking.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or techno-functional consulting.
- Proven experience analyzing business processes and translating findings into practical improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in operationally complex environments.
- Strong experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and functional requirement development.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in footwear manufacturing, manufacturing, supply chain, planning, operations, or other process-intensive industries.
- Experience in ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, APS, workflow automation, or system integration initiatives.
- Experience quantifying business impact and defining measurable outcome metrics.
