Key Responsibilities:
Technical Solution Management
- Lead technical communication and coordination with key accounts in the large enterprise industry, specifically focusing on Surge or Astra customer groups and ISP Fiber star.
Technical Risk Management
- Conduct rigorous solution reviews to identify service delivery risks. Proactively organize product engineers to address customer business pain points and provide rapid, effective solutions.
Issue Handling & Coordination
- Navigate complex issue-handling processes, leading cross-functional efforts across various product domains to ensure quick and successful resolution of technical challenges.
Service Value Demonstration
- Leverage pre-sales support and proactive network monitoring to identify growth opportunities and enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, ICT, or related technical disciplines.
- High-level professional certifications, such as HCIE or CCIE, are highly preferred.
- Experienced Engineer who has been in Solution Delivery roles for at least 5 years, within the ICT or ISP industry.
- Proven capability in designing technical solution architectures and a track record of delivering high-stakes, key projects.
- Hands-on and direct experience with IP RAN solutions for backbone networks, SDN for data centers, and WLAN, SD-WAN, and Firewall products for campus environments are crucial components in Fixed Wireless Access.
- Professional proficiency in core technologies, including MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure (stress resistance).
- Experience in team management and leading technical experts, demonstrating seniority and technical maturity.
- Strong analytical mindset, solution-driven, collaborative, and adaptive to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (professional fluency in spoken and written). Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a preferred advantage.
