Senior Delivery Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Leads end-to-end migration engagements — from discovery, assessment, and wave planning through execution and post-migration validation — for on-premises VM and physical server workloads to AWS.
2. Designs scalable, secure AWS solutions for customer migration and modernization needs, including Landing Zone architecture with multi-account strategies, networking Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPN), and security controls.
3. Drives modernization strategies including re-platforming, re-architecting, and containerization. Leverages AWS migration tools (Migration Hub, Application
4. Discovery Service, MGN, DMS, Cloud Migration Factory, AWS Transform) to accelerate delivery.
5. Utilizes Amazon Q, Kiro, and agentic AI tools across the migration lifecycle — from automated code analysis and transformation to IaC generation, testing, and documentation — improving delivery speed and quality.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, or AWS
2. Associate level certification.
3. 6+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations experience.
4. 3+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations experience.
5. Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), AI tools for development productivity, contributing to open-source projects, and/or version control systems.
6. AWS certification, such as: AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or Associate's Degree or above.
7. Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar.
