Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will collaborate with our business stakeholders, supporting Marketing products and operations. In this role, you will use data to drive improvements in customer growth, campaign efficiency, and business outcomes. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that shape business strategies, optimize marketing and loyalty initiatives, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing Growth & Engagement: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team by executing deep-dive Customer Behavior Analysis to optimize marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring high-value users, reactivating churned customers, and maximizing retention.
  • Drive Customer Loyalty Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing and Product teams to build, scale, and optimize our loyalty program using data to evaluate reward structures and user engagement tiers.
  • Run End-to-End Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze rigorous A/B tests and statistical simulations to measure the true causal impact of customer retention and acquisition campaigns.
  • Hands-on Technical Execution & Asset Building: Act as a builder and maintainer of core data infrastructure. Demonstrate a solid understanding of data tracking frameworks and data pipeline design to architect robust, scalable underlying tables.
  • Architect Actionable Monitoring & Visibility: Personally build, maintain, and own high-impact stakeholder dashboards that track operational performance, campaign health, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Maximize Marketing ROI & Optimization: Run comprehensive optimization analysis across diverse marketing channels and levers to isolate inefficiencies and recommend which growth vectors should be scaled, adjusted, or retired, especially for customer related initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of Proven Analytical Track Record: Deep experience operating as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, with a strong focus on generating business-altering insights rather than just pulling raw numbers.
  • Specialized Customer & Marketing Analytics Expertise: Prior experience embedded within a Customer Analytics or Marketing Analytics team is highly preferred, with proven success executing complex lifecycle projects such as predictive churn prevention models and cohort retention analysis.
  • Expert Technical Stack: Professional-level command of SQL and Python is mandatory. Hands-on experience navigating and optimizing massive cloud-based data warehouses is a core requirement.
  • Experimentation Rigor: Solid foundational knowledge and a proven track record of designing, executing, and evaluating A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
  • AI-Augmented Workflow Efficiency: Highly comfortable integrating AI tools, LLMs, and automated coding assistants into daily workflow to accelerate code generation, automate documentation, and streamline exploratory data analysis.
  • Data Infrastructure & Visualization Proficiency: Deep understanding of event-based tracking, pipeline monitoring, and data modeling, paired with the ability to build and scale dashboards via Tableau or similar tools.
  • Business Acumen & Structural Problem Solving: Strong capability to translate raw customer behavior data into structured business frameworks, identify why data gaps occur, and proactively implement automated fixes to reduce manual overhead.
