Overview:
Analyze data, extract insights, and ask the right questions from the start to support data-driven decision-making, significantly improving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define problem questions/matrix and set product objectives.
- Conduct assessments to determine the final product and implementation plan.
- Identify data sources and acknowledge limitations in the process.
- Develop data models for dashboards and reports following security and reliability standards
- Test data inputs to ensure accuracy, analyze insights and determine process steps to address limitations.
- Process data and create visualizations or presentations to explain findings.
- Communicate dan present insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively for non-technical audiences..
- Supervise and guide data analysis projects.
- Review the development process (including queries and analysis) to ensure compliance with current standards for code and product quality
- Ensure business requirements align with feasibility and urgency.
- Provide feedback to improve product relevance and impact.
- Collaborate actively with business units/functions.
- Follow agreed SOPs and workflows in development processes.
- Maintain ISO standards, comply with data security & privacy regulations, and uphold professional ethics in all tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or other Science-related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience (evaluated based on skillset).
- Proficient in SQL, programming languages (Python, R), and BI tools (Tableau, Data Studio, Metabase).
- Strong mathematical skills for data collection, measurement, organization, and analysis.
- Ability to present engaging and insightful reports.
- Understanding of statistical methods (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
