TyrAds is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics for our Operations, Finance and Customer Support teams. You'll also own the company-wide business metrics and data dictionary, so every team measures the business the same way.

TyrAds is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics for our Operations, Finance and Customer Support teams. You'll also own the company-wide business metrics and data dictionary, so every team measures the business the same way.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in data or business analytics, supporting operations or finance teams.
- A track record of defining company-wide KPIs or building a data dictionary.
- Expert SQL and advanced Tableau.
- Strong finance fundamentals (revenue, margin, reconciliation).
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Databricks, dbt, ClickHouse or Airflow.
- Data catalogue or governance tools (e.g. OpenMetadata).
- Python.
- An AdTech, gaming or rewards background.
What you'll do
- Act as the senior analytics partner to the Operations, Finance and Customer Support leads, and turn their questions into analyses and recommendations.
- Support Finance with revenue reporting, partner reconciliation and month-end close.
- Build and own Tableau dashboards for key operational and financial KPIs.
- Define and govern company-wide business metrics, and get agreement on definitions across teams.
- Build and maintain the company's data dictionary.
- Work with data engineering to build certified metrics into the data platform.
- Monitor data quality on critical datasets and mentor junior analysts.
