About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – IT Security Architect to lead the design and governance of our enterprise security architecture. In this role, you will drive cybersecurity strategies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and strengthen the organization's security posture across on-premise and cloud environments.
What You'll Do
- Design and govern enterprise security architecture aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead security initiatives across network, cloud, endpoint, and application security environments.
- Evaluate emerging security technologies (e.g. Zero Trust) and provide strategic recommendations.
- Perform security assessments, architecture reviews, and gap analysis to identify and mitigate cyber risks.
- Collaborate with Security Operations, Infrastructure, Development, and Business teams to implement Security by Design.
- Develop and maintain data protection architecture aligned with regulatory requirements (UU PDP, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BCP), and enterprise security governance initiatives.
- Assess and manage third-party/vendor security risks to ensure compliance with security standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Security, Security Architecture, or Cyber Security.
- Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT, and CIS Controls.
- Hands-on experience with: Security Architecture & Zero Trust, Network Security (NGFW, WAF, Endpoint Protection), Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Identity & Access Management (IAM, PAM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID), Data Protection, Encryption & Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- DevSecOps & Security by Design
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
