About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hubspot and Website Manager to lead website strategy, marketing operations, customer journey optimization, and marketing technology initiatives. This role will own the digital experience across web and CRM channels, driving conversion, scalability, and operational excellence while partnering closely with marketing, product, analytics, and design teams.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring a strong understanding of website management, marketing automation, user experience, analytics, and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own the website strategy, roadmap, and performance, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- Continuously review and improve user journeys, conversion paths, and digital experiences across multiple markets and audiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver website enhancements, content scalability, and technical improvements.
- Lead marketing automation and CRM initiatives to improve lead management, customer engagement, and retention.
- Design and optimize customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated lifecycle programs.
- Leverage analytics, customer insights, and user research to identify opportunities and guide decision-making.
- Lead and prioritize initiatives across design, development, content, and marketing stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered effectively, balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM strategy (preferably Hubspot), customer lifecycle management, and digital analytics.
- Strong experience in website management, digital product management, marketing operations, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience driving website performance, conversion optimization, and customer experience improvements.
- Experience leading large-scale websites and supporting multi-market or international digital experiences.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Prior people management experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with modern marketing, analytics, content management, and experimentation platforms.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and experience collaborating with technical teams.
- Experience of exploring and applying AI and automation to improve operational effectiveness, customer engagement, or conversion outcomes.
