About the Job
As a Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst, you are responsible to develop and support initiatives that drive the companys long-term growth, competitive positioning, and operational excellence. You will work closely with executive leadership to evaluate market trends, assess potential opportunities, and shape strategic plans that support business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development of corporate and business unit strategies, including market assessments, growth initiatives, and strategic planning cycles.
- Conduct financial modeling, industry and competitor analysis, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for the leadership team and Board of Directors.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, product, marketing, etc.) to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging business models.
- Contribute to the design and facilitation of strategic planning workshops, business reviews, and strategic forums.
- Track and report progress of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 35 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a strategic planning role.
- Proven experience in strategic analysis, business modeling, and financial forecasting.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics across industries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
